Privacy Policy

RPR Camo (Recon Phantom Render) is a civilian outdoor product from Prahl Investments LLC, Westcliffe, Colorado. Hans Prahl runs it. This page covers rprcamo.com, the shop preview at shop.rprcamo.com, sample requests, and orders we take ourselves. Etsy listings sit on Etsy’s platform and follow Etsy’s privacy policy too.

RPR makes custom camouflage from a real place — your land, hunt unit, or coordinates. Preview is free. Instant PNG packs are on Etsy. Printed garments may be offered through the shop and paid with Stripe when that door is open.

Only what it takes to run the product:

• Sample requests on this site — email, the terrain you pick, and what you say you’ll use it for. We send the watermarked PNG to that inbox.
• Brand inquiries — company name, application, and timeline. Those go out through your own email client to hans.t.prahl@gmail.com.
• Render sessions on the shop — the place or coordinates you enter, season, mode (Realistic, Casual, or Fashion), and a session id so the preview stays yours while you iterate.
• Orders when we take one — name, email, phone, shipping address, garment sizes, and any notes you add. Card numbers go to Stripe, not to us.
• Etsy purchases — Etsy collects what it needs to sell the digital files. We see what Etsy shows a seller (order, email, listing).

We do not ask for a story about your land unless you choose to write one. Default is nothing from a personal-pattern brief gets posted or reused for another customer.

We use other companies to run the pipes. They process data for us; they are not buying a list from us.

• Stripe — card payment when a garment checkout is offered.
• Etsy — digital file checkout on Etsy shop RPRCamo.
• Cloudflare — hosts the site.
• Resend — sends the sample email and order notices.
• OpenStreetMap Nominatim — looks up a place name so the shop can drop a pin.

If a sample request is logged so we can fulfill it and follow up, that copy is email, terrain, and use case — not a sold list.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your email or order list. We do not run an ad pixel on this site. If we ever ask to share a reaction quote or a pattern preview in public, that is opt-in. Silence means no.

The shop needs a render session so your preview does not vanish mid-work. Stripe and Etsy may set their own cookies on their checkout pages. We do not use those to build a marketing list.

Sample emails and order records stay as long as we need them to fulfill, fix a problem, or keep ordinary business books. Render sessions are working files; we do not treat them as a public archive. If you want your email or order record deleted, write and ask.

This is an adult outdoor / apparel product. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
