Terms of Use

RPR Camo is civilian outdoor camouflage from Prahl Investments LLC (Hans Prahl, Westcliffe, Colorado). You give a place — land, hunt unit, or coordinates — and we generate a pattern for that terrain and season. Modes are Realistic, Casual, and Fashion.

Preview is free at shop.rprcamo.com. Instant PNG packs are sold on Etsy (shop RPRCamo). Printed garments (hoodie, golf polo, bucket hat) may be offered through the shop and paid with Stripe when that door is open. Brand licensing is a separate written deal, not these site terms.

This is not military camo and not a catalog clone. Patterns are original and place-based. We do not claim military, sensor, or tactical performance. Wear it hunting, fishing, on the ranch, or as clothes. Do not use the site or files to break the law.

• Free sample from this site — watermarked PNG, cleared for web and social. Not for print production, resale, or a commercial license.
• Etsy digital pack — personal use as the listing says (wallpaper, personal print, gift). Etsy’s checkout terms apply to that purchase.
• Shop preview — look, iterate, decide. Generating a preview does not transfer the design.
• A garment we sell you — you own that physical item. The underlying pattern stays with Prahl Investments LLC unless a signed license says otherwise.

You may not sublicense a pattern, pass it off as Sitka, MultiCam, or another brand, or scrape the site to rebuild the generator.

You are responsible for the location you enter. Do not submit someone else’s private property as “yours” in a way that misleads a buyer or a licensee. A pin on a map is a design input, not a survey, title, or hunting-regulation opinion.

Etsy handles payment for the digital listing. When the shop offers a garment, Stripe handles the card. Prices are shown at checkout. Custom garments are made to order; if something arrives damaged or printed wrong, email hans.t.prahl@gmail.com and we will make it right. Digital downloads after delivery follow Etsy’s digital-item rules.

Patterns are generated from the place you named. They are not a promise that game, people, or cameras will miss you. The site, files, and garments are provided as-is. Prahl Investments LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. If a court will not allow that limit, our liability is capped at what you paid us for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Venue is Colorado. If a piece of this page cannot be enforced, the rest still stands.
